Order cancellations and modifications: Once a packing slip is created the order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be cancelled or modified. Contact us immediately at support@Phavra.com if you need assistance.

Shipment tracking: After your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your delivery.

Customs, import duties and importer of record: By placing an order with Phavra you acknowledge that you are the importer of record and responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of your destination country.
